Scalable CRM design system for Disney

Disney required a comprehensive set of email design guidelines to standardise UI and UX across Europe while maintaining brand flexibility.

As a global conglomerate, Disney works with multiple agencies worldwide on its promotional campaigns, which often led to inconsistencies and quality control challenges. To address this, we were tasked with developing best practices guidelines that balanced brand consistency with creative flexibility.
I created detailed annotated wireframes, supported by real-life examples, to guide users through the process.

Using Disney’s assets alongside my own illustrations and Photoshop techniques, I designed engaging emails that stayed true to Disney’s storytelling legacy, while ensuring a seamless, intuitive user experience on both mobile and desktop.
